China Confirms Opposition to Using Force
Wang, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, delivered the comments during the Seventh Round of China-Pakistan Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue in Beijing, alongside Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
He noted that today’s global environment has become increasingly unstable and complex, with unilateral coercion growing more severe.
The sudden developments in Venezuela, he added, have attracted significant international concern.
"We never believe that any country can play the role of world policeman, nor do we agree that any country can claim itself to be an international judge," Wang emphasized, stressing that the sovereignty and security of all nations must be safeguarded under international law.
Wang further highlighted China’s readiness to cooperate with the global community, including Pakistan, to uphold the United Nations Charter, preserve international morality, respect sovereign equality, and jointly protect peace and development while advancing the vision of a shared future for humanity.
Regarding bilateral ties, Wang expressed hope that this visit would mark the beginning of commemorations for the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan.
